SE-MEN SOCIAL EVENTS Social Events are announced to members, on web site www.SE-MEN.com  and via a SE-MEN Newsletter “Southeast Nude Dudes” via the Internet E-mail.   Non-Internet members are asked to make a $5.00 cash donation to the Club, for printed/mailed newsletters or Event Invitations.   These members also receive phone contact for events. Social Events - Gatherings scheduled by the SE-MEN Clubs are by invitation only to Host homes or to other special event locations. Members and guests must provide full names and phone with RSVP to all Events to be included on Hosts Attendance List for the event. Full name and phones are needed with all RSVP’s, in case of Event cancellation by Event Host. Member/ guests must give Hosts 24 hours advance attendance notice. Hosts are in charge of Events and sets Attendance Limit’s.   Hosts keep a Waiting List of members unable to attend when Event is full.   Host calls this list when a cancellation is received to invite Waiting List members.   Members, who do not attend events without a Cancellation Notice to the Host FORFEIT  an Invitation Notice to the next SE-MEN Event. New nudists are welcome and we encourage Club members to bring potential members to all events. Members are always  responsible for their guest’s attendance, arrival, and departure. Social Events -Home Hosts with co- Hosts always set attendance limits on numbers of members they can accommodate and park vehicles in the neighborhood..  . Always cancel with Host if needed. The Club Committee also sets Club private event attendance limits. Events by Members…can be as limited as 15 members for a venue of nude massage/ videos/games of cards, dominos, movies nights.  The Club…web site will have these listed when set by members.   Social Co-Hosting If you can’t Host you must Co-host to remain in good standing as a member. When you see a Club event, call the host, to Co-host for set-up, clean up, decorate or stopping on your way to pick up host needs. A brief break at”Social Time” end announces new events, club details and announces “Host Time”. Social Events   SE-MEN has no fees and the Club collects no dues. “Host Thanks “, good behavior, manners, home etiquettes are not options. Social behavior like nudity is mandatory. Members at events always wear stick on Name Tags supplied by The Committee members.  Social Events   Yes, bring a Snack, BYOB- Mixers. Soda, what you drink.   Maybe make a dish, bring a Towel, to Sit on and a Guest. Always wear only a smile and your name tag. Leave personal items in  your car. SE-MEN prospective new member guests, prior to membership approval, and only during “Social Time”, may have “Clothing Optional” privileges if requested.  Social Time    All Club events have a two-hour scheduled start time. “Host Time” extends “Social Time” for all Club events, as designated by host.   During, Host Time, all present must be nude, until leaving the  event. Clothing for health reasons, cool temperatures, by request to host may be permitted. SE-MEN is not a clothing optional club. No towels, briefs, or sarongs permitted.
